Monika has been chosen to represent Armenia at the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Cyprus. She will sing the song
Im Ergi Hnchyune.
The title means Sound Of My Song.
Monika was born in 1995 and lives in Gyumri, second large city in Armenia.
Her friend Meri Mnjoyan - everyone calls her Masha - has written the lyrics and she will be there in Lemesos as a backing vocalist.
Serine Khodikyan from Ejmiatsin is also likely to be one of the backing vocals.
